A WRITER and journalist who has written Doctor Who plays for the radio will be heading a free screenwriter’s workshop at Stourbridge Library.
Will Gallagher, who is a previous winner of the Swan Playwrights Award, has also written stage plays and books about writing as well as his work as a journalist.
The workshop will be taking place at the Crown Centre-based library on Thursday (January 28) between 4pm and 6pm.
Cllr Rachel Harris, cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: “The workshop is perfect for anyone interested in creative writing, especially those who would like to find out more on how to move an idea from page to performance.
“No previous experience is necessary and the workshop is free but spaces are limited, so please contact Stourbridge Library to book your place.”
For more information, or to book a spot on the workshop, call 01384 812945.
