A KIND-HEARTED seven-year-old Kingswinford schoolgirl braved the scissors and had her long locks chopped off to help children with cancer.
Holly Reid-Granger, who attends The Glynne Primary School, had 17 inches cut off her lengthy golden barnet to donate to the Little Princess Trust.
Proud mum Vicky Granger said Holly had been growing her hair for more than three years before having the charity cut at Renaissance Hair Studio, Wall Heath High Street, on October 28.
As well as donating her long locks - which the charity will have made into a wig for children with cancer - the schoolgirl also hopes to raise a total of £350 in sponsorship money for the cause.
