A 50-YEAR-OLD Stourbridge martial arts instructor described as "violent and domineering" brutally raped a woman, a jury has been told.
Robert Lock is alleged to have carried out the first sex attack after pushing his victim onto her back, forcing her down and then grabbing her by the hair.
Then, Mark Heywood, prosecuting, claimed Lock - who runs a martial arts academy in Lye - carried out a second sex attack on the victim.
Mr Heywood told a jury at Wolverhampton Crown Court there was no way what took place between Lock and the woman could be described as a "passionate act between lovers."
He maintained Lock used a side of his character which was domineering to take advantage of the victim who immediately called police to make a complaint.
After his arrest Lock told police officers that all that had taken place between him and the woman was consensual and he had done nothing wrong.
Lock, of Goldencross Way, Silverend, Brierley Hill, has denied two charges of rape and his trial in front of Judge Philip Parker QC is continuing.
