HALESOWEN Town have brought in midfielder Ahmed Ali from Bromsgrove Sporting.
The 27-year-old central midfielder was a popular figure at The Rouslers but has moved on following the departure of boss Paul Smith last week.
Ali also praised the Yeltz management team for giving him the opportunity to join the club.
He said: "’I leave Bromsgrove Sporting with a heavy heart but I would like to personally thank John Hill and Matt Clarke for their efforts in allowing me to join Halesowen Town Football Club.
"I believe this is a good step in my footballing career and I am looking forward to the challenge ahead.’’
He joins fellow new arrival Danny Byrnes and is in contention for a place in Saturday's squad as the Yeltz travel to Ashton United.
