TINKERS Farm Opera is getting set to stage Me and My Girl in Stourbridge next month.
The Birmingham based operetta and musical theatre company will be bringing to life the popular musical comedy at Stourbridge Town Hall from May 16 to 19.
Real-life couple Richard Cooper and Rebecca Bate will be taking on the lead roles of Bill Snibson and Sally Smith in the show which features much-loved numbers The Sun Has Got His Hat On, The Lambeth Walk, Leaning On A Lamppost and Me And My Girl.
The show, directed by Emma Harley with musical direction from Ian Hayward, also stars Simon Wilkinson as Gerald who tries to capture the heart of Lady Jacqueline (played by Gabby Thompson) and Di Hingley as the Duchess of Dene, and John Clay as Sir John Tremayne.
Performances start at 7.15pm for evening shows and there's also a Saturday matinee starting at 2.15pm.
