BIRMINGHAM rockers Loveless Luck are on a roll after scooping top slot in a major midlands band's battle.
The group recently won the Live Band of The Year competition at the Robin 2 in Bilston after a vote from a judging panel which included former Iron Maiden and Wolfsbane vocalist Blaze Bayley.
The band is having a big year with successful gigs in London already in the bag and some big shows on the way including the Glastonbudget festival and Cambridge Rock Festival.
Loveless Luck are also lined up for a series of shows in Birmingham including the Roadhouse on Wednesday March 13, the Actress and Bishop on Friday April 19 and the O2 Academy on Thursday June 20.
To celebrate the win they paid a visit to Stourbridge to tell the Base Sessions crew about the Robin 2 competition and what it is like to be a new band playing classic old school rock.
The Base Sessions is recorded and produced by Base Studios in Stourbridge.
