MEMBERS of Stourbridge Choral and Orchestral Society have been commended for their long service to the group.
Clarinet player Brian Hickman was presented with a certificate in honour of his 50 golden years with the society.
Soprano Jeanette Hickman received a certificate for 40 years service - from president Tony Bridgewater at the group’s recent annual general meeting.
Cello player Oenone Dawson and violin player John Coley also received congratulatory certificates for 40 years service each - as did tenor Jack Richards, for 30 years service.
