Better known as the host of BBC's Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Simon Amstell will be bringing his stand-up show to Wolverhampton's Grand Theatre this Sunday.
Amstell first achieved acclaim for his razor-sharp wit and satirical interviewing technique while co-presenting Channel 4's weekly music show Popworld with Miquita Oliver.
But, as the youngest finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards, it would appear the 28-year-old is now going back to his roots with a series of live shows.
In fact Simon is a regular on the stand-up circuit and has had sell-out shows at the Pleasance during 2005 and 2006's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
And he recently won an RTS Award for his work on Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
Don't miss your chance to catch him at The Grand this Sunday, June 1.
For tickets priced £19 call the Lichfield Street box office on 01902 42 92 12 or visit www.grandtheatre.co.uk
