ADAM Ant became the Prince Charming of his time by mixing pop and punk with New Romantic style.

The creator of Antmusic is back on the road with a new band called The Good, The Mad and The Lovely Posse, for his first UK tour in more than 15 years.

His track record with The Ants and as a solo performer is impressive, he scored ten UK top ten hits including three number one singles.

He was also a star in America where he was voted sexiest man in the country by MTV viewers and developed a successful acting career which saw him feature in TV shows and movies.

He has been working on new songs recently but the current tour features a greatest hits set which Midlands fans will be able to see at Birmingham’s O2 Academy on Wednesday June 1.
