THE award winning Stourbridge Operatic Society are shipping out to a town centre venue for their latest production.
The company will be decking out Stourbridge Town Hall for their version of Pirates of Penzance which will feature Charlotte Wood as Mabel and amateur veteran Terry Gormley, who will be reprising his role as the Major General which he played 16 years ago.
The show will also be providing treasure for charities in the region as the group continues its fundraising work, which last year netted £3,000 for AIDS charity The Phoenix Trust.
Pirates of Penzance runs from Monday October 13 to Saturday October 18 at Stourbridge Town Hall.
Tickets costing £7 are available from Lorraine Lovett by calling 07504 301767.
