HOLDER MICHAEL EDWARD Wife Lilian, Daughter Nicola, Son Andrew and families of the late Mr Michael Edward Holder of Wollescote, Stourbridge wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours, business associates and work colleagues, various organisations for letters, sympathy cards, enquires, kindness and expressions of sympathy shown to them in their very sad loss, also for all the very generous donations received for The Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Special thanks to Hywll and Bernard for all their help, to all concerned and to everyone who attended the funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Old Hill and committal at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Thursday 16th October 2008.
