ADAMS Patricia (Pat) Of Pedmore. Passed away peacefully on October 14th 2017 aged 71 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service is to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Moday 30th October 2017 at 10.20am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Action Heart and The Pallative Care Team at Russells Hall Hospital c/o H. Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3UJ.
