HALL Phoebe Passed peacefully away in Russells Hall Hospital on Sunday 14th January 2018, aged 91 years. Much loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Tuesday 30th January 2018 at 10-20am. Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory of Phoebe for Mary Stevens Hospice, are being gratefully accepted by J.T. Brookes & Co Mount Pleasant, Brierley Hill DY5 2YS
