ALLIBAND Phyllis Hazel (known as Hazel) Sadly passed away 1st March, 2018, aged 87 years. Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Wednesday, 11th April, 2018 at 2.50 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation c/o Co Operative Funeralcare Kingswinford. As long as hearts remember, As long as hearts still care, We do not part with those we love, They're with us everywhere, Sadly missed
