FREEMAN Jack Passed away peacefully on 16th April 2018 at Field House Residential Care Home. Jack will be sadly missed by his daughter Sue, son in law Jeff, grandsons Jonathan and Christopher and great granddaughters Erin and Isla. Service to be held at St. Peter's Pedmore on Thursday 10 May at 12.30 pm, followed by cremation at Stourbridge Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations to Dementia UK and The British Heart Foundation are being accepted by H. Porter & Sons Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3UJ.
