SLATER Anthony (Tony) Passed away peacefully on 26th June 2018, aged 75. Much loved by wife Rose, daughter Helen, son David, son-in-law Dave, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium at 1.30pm on Friday 13th July 2018. Family flowers only. Donations on the day to charity. Missing him already.
