POTTS-PERKINS Jean of Wollaston Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on 11th October 2018, aged 82 years. Devoted wife to the late Geoff, loving mother to Mandy and Jayne and to the late Anthony. Mother-in-law to Stu, nan to Shane, Kylie, Joe and Leah and great nanny to Tilly. She will be sadly missed. Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday 6th November 2018 at 2.50pm. All flowers welcome, or donations if desired, to Ward C8 (Stroke Ward) at Russells Hall Hospital are being accepted by H. Porter & Sons Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3UJ.
