KIRK Michael Bernard William Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, 7th December 2018, aged 70 years. He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, 4th January 2019, at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please but donations can be made to Macmillan if so desired. Mike requested that informal dress be worn at his Funeral. Mike's Family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the kindness and support that they have received from all the staff at Quincy Rise Surgery, the District Nurses and MacMillan nurses at this sad time.
