PERKS Patricia. Sadly passed away on 29th December 2018, aged 87 years. A devoted mom, nan and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her sons, Stephen and Paul and all family and friends. Funeral service is to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 18th January 2019 at 12.20pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired are being gratefully accepted for the Alzheimer's Society by H. Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road Stourbridge.
