JEAN HART (formerly Salt) Of Stourbridge. Passed away suddenly on 26 December 2019 age 90 years. Loved and dearly missed by daughters Sandra, Gill and Lindsey, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and all who support them. Reunited with husband Fred after 57 years. Thank you to everyone who attended the funeral service on 29th January 2020 at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel. Donations in memory of Jean for The Elton Centre Age UK and Alzheimer's Society are being accepted by H.
