DAVID FELLOWS Passed away peacefully at Mary Steven's Hospice, aged 74. Much loved husband, dad, grandad, great grandad and uncle who will sadly be missed by all family and friends. Many thanks to the staff at Mary Steven's Hospice, Macmillan Nurses and District Nurses that cared for David. Donations if desired direct to Mary Steven's Hospice. Gone but never forgotten always loved. X
