PHIPPS Arthur Henry Of Kingswinford, passed away peacefully at home on December 18th, 2020, aged 81 years. Dearly loved, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, January 15th, 2021 at 12 noon.
