Girls at Malvern St James took part in the Macmillan World's Biggest Coffee Morning.
The sixth form business studies group organised the coffee morning themselves. The girls made handmade cakes and biscuits to sell, while students from the music department performed live.
Business studies teacher Jennifer Chuck said: "The girls have worked incredibly hard since the start of term preparing for the coffee morning and we are all looking forward to welcoming the local community into the school for a coffee."
Business studies student, Sophie Johnson, added: "As well as the handmade cakes and refreshments, we have organised a variety of other fundraising activities including a raffle, tombola and guess the name of the teddy bear." The event raised an impressive £790.
