STOURBRIDGE claimed the last Southern Premier League play-off place on goal difference after getting the draw they needed at Hitchin today.
The Glassbosy took the lead on 15 minutes through Junior Smikle and, despite a leveller from Hitchin's King on 66 minutes, held out for the point that gave them fifth spot.
They will now travel to take on Chesham this Tuesday as they take their fight for promotion into the play-off lottery.
They beat their play-off opponants 1-0 away just a week ago as they stormed to their top five finish. They will now be looking to repeat that feat to bag themselves a final place.
