TOP chef Andy Waters will be giving away some of his culinary secrets in The Great British Cookbook.
The publication showcases 200 of the UK's best chefs ranging from Rick Stein to Nigella Lawson.
It also highlights some of Britain's most prestigious pubs, guest houses, hotels and Michelin Star and AA rosette restaurants, including Andy's pub - The Queens at Belbroughton, which is the only 2015 Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Worcestershire.
Andy said: "I'm delighted to have been asked to take part and it's great to be involved with so many respected chefs. We had to supply three different recipes, a starter, main meal and a sweet. I still don't even know which one they've selected.
"It's just nice to be involved and supporting great causes at the same time.
"As a chef, you're only as good as your last meal and it's something I take very seriously.
"The more people you have coming through the door, the more people will start talking about you."
Sales from the book will go to Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action.
