Stourbridge Running Club's Tim Gardner was well pleased with his time of three hours and eight minutes in the Barcelona Marathon.
Kinver's Andy Boardman was not so happy with his time of three hours and 10 minutes with him aiming to break the three hour barrier.
Tim said: "The course was far from flat with about 600ft of ascent, the weather was warm at about 23 degrees & it was well supported with plenty of water stops."
Meanwhile Andy Gardner was pleased with his time of 46 minutes in the 10km race.
