Stourbridge U17s brushed aside local rivals Kidderminster 22-5 at home to keep up their run of form since the turn of the year.
Despite a poor start Stour's stars of the future defended bravely.
This paid dividends when after 10 minutes Stourbridge turned over the ball and with first notable attack scrum half Adam Warburton crossed the line from close range for an unconverted try.
The visitors however came back strong and scored an unconverted try of their own to leave the scores level.
The home side lifted their game and after forcing another turnover prop Jonathan Blackburn charged over to score another unconverted try.
This lead was extended just prior to half time when centre James Mitchell made an magnificent break from his own 22 and score and give Stour a 15-5 lead at the break.
The second half was a quieter affair but Stour showed their dominance when James Gilbert made a great break to go over for the final try of the game.
