THE death of a 81-year-old Brierley Hill man whose body was found in his back garden is still being treated as suspicious.
David Rabley from Mill Street was found at around 6pm on Wednesday March 21.
Police were alerted to the house after an ambulance was called and it was revealed the man had suffered a heart attack.
The pensioner was certified dead at the scene and police sealed the house off for forensic examination.
Although three people had been arrested following the discovery of the body, a 26-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man have been released without charge and a 41-year-old man has been released on police bail pending further enquires.
Police spokesperson Steve Garey said: "It is still being treated as suspicious and police are awaiting advice from the CPS.
