What is the Exhibition?
The aim of the Bridal Exhibition is to encompass all aspects of planning a wedding. All exhibitors have the opportunity to promote their business direct to the target market. Visitors who are planning a wedding will have easy access to a complete range of services.

Who is organising the Exhibition?
The Bromsgrove and Droitwich Spa Advertiser and Messenger, together with Stourbridge, Halesowen and Dudley News Group, who have been running successful events for more than 14 years and offer a wealth of experience and advice for potential exhibitors.

Our newspapers are respected by the local communities and have excellent local news, strong retail, property and motors, entertainment, recruitment and classified sections.

Where is the Exhibition being held?
September's chosen venue is The Hilton Hotel, Birmingham Road, Lydiate Ash, on the outskirts of Bromsgrove, which is conveniently situated for both exhibitors and visitors alike with close access to motorway links to accommodate all areas.

Exhibitors will be using a variety of large and small rooms and areas (depending on size of stand and business type), utilising the whole of the reception areas of the Hotel.

Promotional Campaign
We will be producing an A4 glossy magazine that will be distributed to all exhibitors prior to the event for added promotional value.

Your package includes the cost of a specific size advertisement in the magazine, however you can increase the size if you wish (at extra cost). In addition we will be distributing the magazine to all visitors at the exhibition and readers can contact any of our offices and a magazine will be posted out to them. The magazine and the exhibition details will also be published on-line through each newspaper's website, extending your coverage onto the World Wide Web.

As we are part of a large group of publications throughout Worcestershire, we have the advantage of using these newspapers to promote the exhibition. Areas covered will be Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Dudley, Kidderminster, Worcester and Evesham.

After the exhibition we will compile a mailing list of visitors/brides for exhibitors' future use.

Fashion Shows
As in previous years we will be holding two Fashion Shows during the course of the Exhibition. They will be held in the bar area of the main reception, allowing excellent vantage points for viewing, in addition to a large seating area.
