WEDDING EXHIBITION SEPTEMBER 16TH 2007
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. Exhibitors may only advertise the goods/services pre-agreed at the time of booking in order that we may ensure a restricted number of suppliers for each type of goods/service.
2. Stand Sharing will not be permitted under any circumstances (i.e. 2 or more separate companies on one stand) 3. The Exhibition will run from 11.00am - 4.00pm. All stands must be set up by 10.30am latest on the morning of the show, otherwise they will be removed from the exhibition (access to the hotel is 9.00am onwards) 4. No exhibitor will be allowed to change the location of their stand on the day.
5. Exhibitors must not start to dismantle their stand before 4.00pm or until after the last visitor has left. Stands must be clear of the hotel before 6.00pm.
6. Once unloaded, exhibitors will be asked to park their cars at the top of the main car park to leave car space for visitors.
7. Exhibitors requiring electrics will be required to provide their own extension leads - as long as possible.
8. Cancellations will not be accepted after August 1st 2007. All cancellations must be in writing and if received after this date will be invoiced in full.
9. Exhibitors will be responsible for any goods or equipment belonging to their company whilst in the hotel, grounds or car park. Hilton Hotel or Newsquest (Midlands South) Ltd will not be liable for such items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.
10. Exhibitors are requested to observe Health and Safety regulations in the construction and design of their stands.
11. Companies exhibiting wedding cars will be allocated space close to one of the hotel entrances.
12. Would you refrain from pinning and sticking items to the wall, as this will incur damage.
13. Due to limited space, please keep staff members to a minimum.
14. Only food and drink bought at Hilton Hotel to be consumed on the premises.
15. For safety and security, only children participating in the exhibition should attend and must be under adult supervision at all times.
