Start them young!
I can't be in six places at once, so I'm always pleased when a TC's Angling News reader sends in a picture of themselves, this one is of eight-year-old Callum Morgan, from Netherton.
Callum took this 8lb carp, from the new Swan Pool at Hunnington Fishery, Halesowen.
Decathlon Angler Of The Month Competing in last week's Maver Larford Classic at Larford Lakes Stourport, was Cradley Heath-based Ray Lamb.
In the first hour of the match Stevens Tackle sponsored Ray, dropped a large worm hookbait underneath the overhanging branches of a bankside tree at his peg, outside the chalets on the venues Specimen Lake.
Two bites resulted in a 20lbs plus grass carp and an 18lbs plus mirror carp, two bites, two fish for 38lbs plus.
So this month's well deserved Geologic reel, goes to Ray and all he has to do is take a copy of this newspaper into the Decathlon Sports and Leisure Megastore at Merry Hill to claim his prize.
