MORE than 100 motorcyclists will be part of a procession to celebrate the life of tragic young biker Elliott Beddow.
The much-loved 20-year-old died on Saturday, September 3, after crashing his Harley Davidson in Brierley Hill.
Elliott’s funeral is set to be held at Stourbridge Crematorium at 1.30pm on Wednesday (September 21), which will be preceded by a procession from his home in Stourton.
At 1pm, an entourage of more than 100 bikers will ride up Bridgnorth Road and through Wollaston, stopping for a moment outside Katie Fitzgerald’s pub where apprentice engineer Elliott worked part-time.
The procession will then make its way around the Stourbridge ring road, before heading up Worcester Street and on to the crematorium for the 1.30pm service.
Phil Bevan, of funeral directors H Porter and Sons, said: “We are expecting more than 300 people to be at Elliott’s funeral.
“We are working with the police due to the sheer volume of motorcyclists who will be involved in the procession.
“It will be a special event to celebrate the life of a tragic young man.”
