IT'S the final night in the African Village Hotel and John Hodt is in the diary room:
"Oh, for Pete's sake. Do you actually want me to say something? Another very hot day. Our students worked hard without complaining, in very challenging conditions.

"We discussed plans plans for a new school build at Madiana with the Headteacher, so there will be plenty to do when we get home."
In other news, Ben 'Sir Philip Green' Furber, was present for the grand opening of the Project Gambia clothes shop. The signage will be up soon and we will post a picture on our website.
Tonight is Karaoke night. Everyone is up, but there's special anticipation for the return of Mr Tivey, who last year tore up the stage in a mic dropping performance.
