QUARRY Bank Community Centre is hosting a summer fair this month.
The event, running from 10am to 3pm on Saturday July 15, will feature craft stalls, fancy dress characters for the kids, a bouncy castle, traditional games, beauty and other stalls and a professional photographer will be on hand to take family and individual pictures.
Sal Meaden has organised the event the week before the schools break up – to bring the community together.
Admission is free but all profits and donations taken on the door will be donated to the Royal British Legion.
