POLICE and paramedics attended the scene when a car ploughed into railings in Wordsley this morning (Monday).
The emergency services were alerted at 11.26am to reports that a car had crashed at the junction of Wordsley High Street and Brierley Hill Road.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed an ambulance was sent to the scene and added: "We treated one patient, a man, who is believed to have suffered a medical episode prior to the collision.
"The man did not want to be taken to hospital so was discharged at the scene."
