FOUR teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after an eagle-eyed member of the public spotted suspicious behaviour while watching last night's storm.
A Stourbridge resident raised the alarm after spotting a group behaving suspiciously on Melrose Avenue while watching the storm from their window.
Just before this, police were called to Kittiwake Drive in Brierley Hill after a house was broken into and a car stolen from the driveway.
Police later found a 16-year-old boy, two 17-year-old boys and a 19-year-old man hiding in bushes with suspected stolen property.
All four were arrested on suspicion of burglary and are currently in police custody, according to a police spokesperson.
