A WOMAN motorcyclist involved in a crash in Halesowen has died, police confirmed.
The 24-year-old woman had been fighting for her life since the crash on Saturday (September 14), which saw the bike hit the central reservation on Manor Way.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said today (Friday): "A 24-year-old woman was involved in a serious motorbike collision on Manor Way on September 14.
"She passed away in hospital four days later."
The air ambulance was scrambled after the horrific crash at around 12.20pm on Saturday and the female biker was rushed to the Q.E hospital by land ambulance.
There was gridlock in the town as the A456 was blocked in both directions after the incident.
