A DUDLEY man has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds by the courts after admitting stealing lead and damaging a CCTV camera.
Mark Rock, aged 39, of Maple Road, Dudley, pleaded guilty to stealing lead of an unknown value from Carter Towler Ltd and also admitted causing £200 of unlawful damage to a CCTV camera and security light. He received a 12 month conditional discharge at Dudley Magistrates Court and was ordered to pay £400 in compensation along with a £21 surcharge.
The following cases were also heard at Dudley Magistrates Court last week.
Adam Bates, aged 35, of Moss Vale Close, Old Hill, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress and also admitted possessing cannabis. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a £32 surcharge and £185 costs.
Hannah Darby, aged 34, of Cemetery Road, Lye, pleaded guilty to stealing cosmetics worth £191.14 from Wilkinsons in Dudley. She received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a surcharge and costs totalling £156.
Christopher Haycock, aged 26, of Beeches Road, Rowley Regis, pleaded guilty to driving over the legal alcohol limit and admitted driving without insurance. He was fined £440 and was ordered to pay a £44 surcharge and £135 costs. He was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 36 months.
Jeffrey Molineaux, aged 62, of Chapel Street, Quarry Bank, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Brierley Hill. He received a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay a surcharge and costs totalling £225 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 24 months.
Jamie Foster, aged 29, of Farm Road, Rowley Regis, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis. He received a community order, was fined £250 and was also ordered to pay a £90 surcharge and £185 in costs.
Sean Nock, aged 27, of The Broadway, Dudley, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and also admitted driving without insurance. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a fine, surcharge and costs totalling £286.
