A HUGE cloud of smoke can be seen from across the Black Country due to a fire at a recycling plant.
Sixty firefighters and ten engines are battling the blaze at a premises in Short Heath in Willenhall this afternooon (April 14).
The smoke can clearly be seen as far away as Dudley, Stourbridge and Halesowen.
West Midlands Fire Service say the fire is believed involve a large quantity of waste material on pallets.
1,000 tons of mixed recycling materials, including cardboard and clothing, are thought to be involved in the blaze.
Residents have reported seeing the smoke in Gornal, Coseley and Haden Hill.
