A DUDLEY woman has been charged after allegedly spitting on a nurse while receiving treatment for coronavirus symptoms.
The woman, named by police as Lesley Pike, is alleged to have spat on a nurse on Saturday, April 18.
Police also say the 56-year-old threw the contents of a sick bowl over a nurse while being treated for the symptoms of COVID-19.
Lesley Pike, of Caroline Street, Kates Hill has been charged with assaulting an emergency worker.
She has been bailed to appear before Dudley Magistrate's Court on Thursday, May 21.
