A MAN has been charged after allegedly making threats to kill from a house in Dudley.
Police were called to a property on Buffery Road just before midday on Sunday, April 26, where officers arrested a man on suspicion of making threats to kill.
A 30-year-old man has since been charged with sending threatening communication and four counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
Police said Akim Nicholson, of Buffery Road, was due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (Monday, April 27).
A spokesperson from West Midlands Police said: "A man arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill from a property in Dudley just before 12pm yesterday, has been charged.
"Akim Nicholson, of Buffery Road was charged with sending threatening communication and four counts of assaulting an emergency worker."
