A DUDLEY man has appeared in court charged with the death of his five-month old daughter in 2017.
Philip Peace, aged 42, of Heath Green, appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (April 30) charged with murder.
Police say the five-month-old girl was taken to hospital in cardiac arrest on September 8 2017, where she died the next day.
Following an investigation, Peace was arrested in May of the following year and was charged yesterday (Thursday, April 29).
He was remanded to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday, May 1.
