A POPULAR Stourbridge restaurant has gone on the market for sale.
Vesuvio Italian restaurant in Victoria Passage is being advertised for sale by Hilton Smythe.
An advertisement on Zoopla says: "The business is now being sold, albeit reluctantly and with heavy hearts, only due to other business interests. The vendors are keen to see their beloved restaurant pass to an ambitious and entrepreneurial new owner who can take this already thriving business to the next level."
The current owners, a husband and wife team, have run the business for the last six or so years, the advert says, having taken over the long-established former Luciano's Italian restaurant previously based there.
The restaurant, which currently provides around 70 covers with room for more if required, is being sold as a leasehold business opportunity for £64,500.
All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale with the offering described as a "real turnkey business opportunity".
Vesuvio serves a variety of pastas, salads, authentic Italian meat and fish dishes and homemade desserts and it has a solid four-star rating on TripAdvisor.
The advert says the business is currently being run at a pace to suit but has scope for expansion through online deliveries and extended opening hours.
