HOMEBUILDER Elan Homes has revealed images of how the interiors of new properties being built at The Hyde in Kinver will look.
The company says it has seen an increase in enquiries for new properties including those at The Hyde off Hyde Lane where homes are now available to reserve off plan.
Regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “There’s been a real surge in demand across the housing market in recent weeks and we’ve seen an uplift in the number of people asking when they can view the show home in Kinver. We’re advising them not to wait, but to buy now to take advantage of pre-show home prices, particularly in light of current market trends.
“Across the development there are more than 10 house types, each with a different layout and our sales team can help guide buyers through the designs to match them with the perfect property.
"One of the real advantages of buying off plan is being able to make design choices to make your home truly your own. For example, customers can select the style of kitchen and the finish of the bathroom tiles.”
Current availability at The Hyde includes two and three-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £285,000.
The three-bedroom Newark, priced from £425,000, has an unusual layout with access via the lower ground floor where there is a bedroom and shower room which could be used for a home gym or guest suite.
An open plan kitchen and dining room with double doors leading to the lounge; two bedrooms - one with en-suite, plus the family bathroom are all located on the ground floor.
The three-bedroom, three-storey Whitley offers 949 sq ft of living space and prices start from £335,000.
At ground level, there’s an open plan kitchen and dining room with Juliet balcony, plus separate lounge with French doors leading to the rear garden and a cloakroom.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with en-suite, plus the family bathroom.
There's also an integral garage, with utility space at lower ground level.
All homes now on sale at The Hyde are currently Stamp Duty free and can be bought using a Help to Buy equity loan.
