A Stourbridge woman who discarded a cigarette in High Street must pay £482 in fines and costs for littering. Kim Wright, aged 23, of Spiral Court, Worcester Street, pleaded not guilty but was convicted in her absence.

A Stourbridge man must pay £299 after admitting breaching a probation order, including not notifying an address. Callum Filkins, aged 31, faced two charges, with a different address for each one. On the first the address was The Broadway, Stourbridge, and involved breaching a community order imposed by Wolverhmapton Magistrates Court. The second, which related to an address in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, was that, as an offender under the Sex Offences Act, he failed to notify his address. That case had originally been heard by Derby Magistrates.
A Dudley man has been given a suspended jailed sentence for racially abusing three police officers. Mohammed Amin Salim, aged 32, of Blackacre Road, admitted three racially aggravated charges and was sentenced to a total of 40 weeks in jail, suspended for 18 months. He must also do unpaid voluntary work and pay a total of £606 in fines and costs.
A Dudley dangerous driver has been jailed because the offence happened in breach of a community order for drugs and thefts offences. Magistrates said the 32-week prison sentence imposed on Jamie Malpass was because not only was the offence serios, but it was aggravated by the fact he was subject to a community sentence, Malpass, aged 36, of Park Road, Netherton, admitted dangerous driving in Ivanhoe Street, driving while disqualified, and not having insurance. He also admitted breaching a community order imposed for four cannabis possession and two theft offences. He must pay £156 to the victim services fund.
A banned drink-driver has been jailed for 18 weeks because of his history of offending. Neil Aston Beckford, aged 50, of Brandhall Court, Oldbury, admitted driving a silver Audi in Pound Road while over the limit. He also admitted driving whole disqualified and without insurance. He was ordered to pay £257 in costs.
An Oldbury teenager who breached a probation order by texting an abusive message has been fined £80 and ordered to pay £60 costs. Cain Joseph Keith-Alan Lees, aged 19, of Brennand Road, Brandhall, admitted the breach.
