A WOMAN from Halesowen has been fined after being found in possession of class A drugs.
Sophia Feeney of New England was found in possession of diamorphine on September 4.
The 35-year-old was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge by Dudley magistrates.
A man from Cradley Heath has been handed a jail term of eight week suspended for 12-months after failing to provide a breath specimen.
Cory Bowen of Meadow Street failed to provide a breath specimen when suspected of having committed an offence whilst driving.
The 29-year-old also used a motor vehicle on Highgate Street without insurance.
Bowen was disqualified from holding a licence for 36 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs and a victim surcharge of £128.
Meanwhile, a man from Dudley has been jailed for 12 weeks after stealing bike wheels from another individual.
John Shillingford, aged 36, of Stourbridge Road was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128.
A woman from Dudley has been handed a jail term of 12 weeks suspended for 24 months after drink driving.
Joanne Reed of Bushfields Road drove a Citroen on Castle Hill after consuming 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The 49-year-old must have mental health treatment for six months and comply with any rehabilitation activity set by a responsible officer for up to 30 days.

A man from Oldbury has been handed a community order after failing to provide a urine specimen when suspected of committing an offence.
Dean Fox of Moat Road drove a car without due care and attention and failed to provide a urine specimen.
The 37-year-old must be under curfew for 12 weeks with electronic monitoring.
Fox was also disqualified from driving for 20 months by Walsall magistrates and ordered to pay £350 in costs and a victim surcharge of £95.
