A NEW beauty salon has opened in Stourbridge, offering a wide range of treatments from eyebrow shaping to massages.
Brow Box, a well-loved beauty kiosk in the Ryemarket has expanded into a bigger premise, acquiring a shop within the centre.
Owners, Kully Kahlon and Mandeep Shakham have not only expanded the size of their business, they are also offering a wider range of treatments which they were not able to offer in their kiosk.
Mrs Kahlon, aged 37, said: “We had the kiosk for three and half years and we have also been really busy, so it was time to move.
“We can also offer holistic treatments and massages now as we have two private rooms at the back of the salon.
“We have a lot of space, so we are hoping to offer micro-blading and some cosmetic procedures in the future. “
Aaron Powell, centre manager for Ryemarket Shopping Centre said: “We’re thrilled to see Brow Box launch their new beauty and spa after relocating from the kiosk space they’ve occupied since 2018 into a larger permanent home where they can now offer an extended range of treatments and services.”
Kully and Mandeep have employed three extra staff members to cope with the anticipated demand.
Between the two women, they have years of experience within the beauty industry.
“We both used to work in House of Fraser in Wolverhampton and Mandeep also worked at the Birmingham store doing eyebrow threading,” added Kully.
“We both have around ten years of experience.”
The pair are hoping to open stores in Wolverhampton and Dudley and move their kiosk to another shopping centre to offer express treatments.
