TRAFFIC was brought to a standstill in Stourbridge town centre due to a blockage on High Street.
Police have said that a lorry was blocking the road, which caused cars and vans to back up to the ring road.
Officers were there directing motorists away from High Street to avoid clogging the ring road with cars.
It happened between half 10 and 11 this morning (Wednesday, March 9).
The traffic flow is now back to normal.
