THE soon-to-open Stourbridge Glass Museum is throwing open its doors this weekend to give people a sneak preview of the new attraction.
The museum, which it is hoped will become world famous, is set to open officially next month.
Ahead of its official opening to the public on Saturday April 9, people in the area are invited to sneak a peak inside this Saturday (March 26).
The museum will be hosting tours of the new venue, in Camp Hill, Wordsley, located opposite the Red House Glass Cone.
The purpose-created facility will showcase the borough's prized glass collection, comprising some of the finest 18th, 19th and 20th century pieces of glass in the world, which has been in storage since the closure of the internationally renowned Broadfield House Glass Museum in Kingswinford in 2015.
