TAYLOR Wimpey is launching its new Titan Wharf development in Stourbridge from this weekend.
The sales office will be opening from Friday April 15 at the development, off Old Wharf Road and Amblecote High Street, giving prospective house buyers chance to find out about the new homes that will make up the waterside estate.
Located next to the Stourbridge Canal, the development will create 256 new homes and comprise a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Carl Cooke, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, said: “We are extremely excited to bring these new homes to Stourbridge and launch our Titan Wharf development.
“The sales team is on hand to help our customers find their dream home at Titan Wharf and answer any questions they may have.
“We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to the development and establishing a community in Stourbridge.”
